As we enter a whole new world of learning, teaching, and training online, we are being asked as leaders to be clear in our expectations for how we show up for ourselves and each other.
By participating in any BodyMindBusiness event, you acknowledge and agree to the following, including the recording of the session.
So that you receive the most value from this experience, we lovingly ask that you honor our agreements of participation:
End-to-End Attendance: Please be prepared to be present from beginning to end. If the call extends into 'bonus time,' feel free to jump off as necessary. Bonus time includes Q&A and hot-seat style coaching for participants seeking extra clarity from Deb.
Be Stationary: please be prepared to participate from a stationary spot. Participation from a moving vehicle, while on a walk, etc. is not ideal for this type of experience.
Full Engagement: please have both your video and audio on and we encourage you to wear headphones.
Fully Presence: please eliminate notifications, distractions, or anything that will take your attention from the experience.
Use the Zoom Chat Intentionally: please keep Zoom chat messages on topic, relevant, and respectful. Avoid sharing links in the chat, as this often distracts from the training experience.
Recording Consent: You understand and consent to the recording of BodyMindBusiness events. These recordings may include audio, video, and shared content. You acknowledge that these recordings may be made available to the participants for educational and archival purposes.
Voluntary Participation: You participate in the recording willingly and acknowledge that your contributions, including but not limited to audio, video, and chat interactions, may be captured.
